Mincing-Food Processors

Mincing refers to the process of cutting foods such as vegetables into very small pieces. Minced food is smaller in pieces than chopped food. A food processor does this function with the help of a metal blade that reduces the food to small bits or when fitted with the shredding disc, to long, thin strips.
